Taking ownership of the architectural landscape within a designated business domain - shaping the target vision, mapping business capabilities, defining architectural change roadmaps, and overseeing dependencies, risks, and technical debt
Define architectural standards, principles, and guardrails for solutions developed within the domain.
Conduct reviews, provide feedback, and approve solution architectures; mentor solution architects and support development teams.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architect, the Architecture Chapter, and PMO to ensure alignment with IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
Ensure architectural compliance with financial sector regulations (e.g. DORA, GDPR, PSD2, KNF guidelines) in cooperation with security, risk, and compliance teams.
Design and oversee integration of the domain with other domains and systems.
Define and agree on non-functional requirements (NFRs) for domain initiatives.
Support technology and solution selection processes (RFI/RFP, POC/POV), lead architectural decision-making (ADR), and ensure transparent documentation.
Promote DevSecOps culture and modernization of environments (microservices, containerization, Kubernetes/OKD, CI/CD); optimize cost and efficiency (FinOps).
Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and process/data owners.
requirements-expected :
You have at least 5-6 years of experience in IT architecture, including 3+ years as a solution and/or domain architect (experience in the financial sector is a plus).
Practical involvement in shaping domain architecture is demonstrated, including capability modeling, roadmap creation, and standard definition.
Architectural reviews and committee participation are part of your professional background, along with the ability to document and communicate decisions effectively.
You can clearly communicate architecture to various stakeholder groups.
You are very familiar with ArchiMate or UML notation.
Architectural frameworks and best practices (e.g. TOGAF) are known and applied pragmatically by you,
Tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint are used confidently,
Architecture modeling tools (e.g. Archi, Sparx EA) are familiar to you and regularly used,
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are evident, with the ability to build consensus and influence without formal authority.
You speak English at B2 level or higher
