Your tasks

  • collaborate with GPOs and Knowledge authors to systematically catalog existing documentation;
  • ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and consistently updated to reflect process changes and new information;
  • optimize all documentation for AI integration and searchability;
  • apply metadata and tagging to documentation to enhance AI processing and retrieval;
  • work closely with the GBS Knowledge team to champion and implement best practices in document copy, style, and formatting;
  • provide guidance and training to stakeholders on documentation standards and tools;
  • evaluate existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and completeness;
  • re-author, rewrite, or restructure documentation as needed to meet established standards and improve usability;
  • identify opportunities to streamline and improve documentation processes.
