Job Title: Information Management Specialist/Document Controller

End date: 31st August 2026 (Possibility of Extension)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, remote working

The assignment will primarily support a major offshore work package, assisting with the management of a high volume of technical project documentation and ensuring effective, timely information flow across project stakeholders. When capacity allows, the role may also contribute to information management activities on additional project packages as required.

The ideal candidate will have a background in information management or document control and experience working with documentation systems such as Aconex and DORECO. The position is linked to the Baltica Offshore Wind Farm 02 project in Poland. While not mandatory, Polish language skills would be considered an advantage.

Scope of Work

• Manage high-volume technical documentation flows for the WTG Offshore Foundations package, ensuring timely receipt, registration, review cycles, and distribution of contractor deliverables.
• Operate daily within Aconex and DORECO to control document transmittals, workflows, metadata accuracy, version control, and audit trails.
• Perform document quality checks to ensure compliance with project naming conventions, submission standards, and contractual requirements.
• Track documentation status and KPIs, producing regular reports to support package managers and project leadership.
• Coordinate directly with EPC contractors, engineering teams, and package stakeholders to resolve documentation queries and delays.
• Maintain structured filing and archiving systems to support handover, as-built documentation, and future audits.
• Provide Information Management support across additional project packages (e.g., OSS, Offshore HV Cables) when workload allows.
• Support continuous improvement of documentation processes, workflows, and interface protocols.

Requirements
