As a Docking Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating mobilization and docking projects. You will manage the projects while taking care of schedule, budget, and QHSE aspects, among others.

Within this role, you will work on mobilization, dockings, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of technical assets. You will analyze and improve equipment performance in line with internal business demands and QSHE-S guidelines to contribute to high-quality, reliable, and safe equipment against optimal costs, enabling Operations to execute client projects effectively. Your Responsibilities

You have overall responsibility for dockings and mobilization projects of multipurpose offshore vessels. To do this, you will manage various aspects of the docking and mobilization project, including budgeted time, cost, execution, contractual, and commercial aspects. You will evaluate repair specifications, subcontractors, and coordinate the overall technical execution of the works. Together with your QHSE colleague, you will be responsible for all safety, health, and quality aspects. Further, you will support the development of commercial budgets and work schedules for mobilization activities, and you will be responsible for mobilization tender management and cost control.

Your Profile

• BSc or MSc degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Good coordinating skills
• Team player with a flexible attitude
• Willing to travel abroad about 50% of the time for short business trips
