As a Docking Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating mobilization and docking projects. You will manage the schedule, budget, and QHSE aspects, among others.
Within this role, you will work on mobilization, dockings, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of technical assets, analyze and improve equipment performance in line with internal business demands and QSHE-S guidelines, contributing to high-quality, reliable, and safe equipment at optimal costs to enable Operations to execute client projects efficiently. You have overall responsibility for dockings and mobilization projects of multipurpose offshore vessels. You will manage various aspects of the docking and mobilization project, including budgeted time, cost, execution, contractual, and commercial aspects. You will evaluate repair specifications, subcontractors, and coordinate the overall technical execution of the works. Together with your QHSE colleague, you are responsible for all safety, health, and quality aspects. Additionally, you will support the development of commercial budgets and work schedules for mobilization activities and manage mobilization tender management and cost control.
