As a Docking Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating mobilization and docking projects. You will manage the projects, taking care of schedule, budget, and QHSE aspects, among others.
Within this role, you will work on mobilization, dockings, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of technical assets, analyze and improve equipment performance, in line with internal business demands and QSHE-S guidelines, contributing to high-quality, reliable, and safe equipment against optimal costs to enable Operations to execute client projects. You have overall responsibility for dockings and mobilization projects of multipurpose offshore vessels. To do this, you manage various aspects of the docking and mobilization project, including budgeted time, cost, execution, and contractual and commercial aspects. You evaluate repair specifications, subcontractors, and coordinate the overall technical execution of the works. Together with your colleague in QHSE, you are responsible for all safety, health, and quality aspects.
Further, you support the development of commercial budgets and work schedules for mobilization activities. Finally, you are responsible for mobilization tender management and cost control.
