As a Docking Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating mobilization and docking projects. You will oversee the projects, taking care of schedule, budget, and QHSE aspects, among others.

Within this role, you will work on mobilization, dockings, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of technical assets. You will analyze and improve equipment performance in line with internal business demands and QSHE-S guidelines, contributing to high-quality, reliable, and safe equipment at optimal costs, enabling Operations to execute client projects effectively. Your responsibilities

You have overall responsibility for dockings and mobilization projects of multipurpose offshore vessels. To do this, you manage various aspects of the docking and mobilization project, including budgeted time, cost, execution, contractual, and commercial aspects. You evaluate repair specifications and subcontractors, coordinating the overall technical execution of the works. Together with your QHSE colleague, you are responsible for all safety, health, and quality aspects.

Additionally, you will support the development of commercial budgets and work schedules for mobilization activities and be responsible for mobilization tender management and cost control.

Your profile

• BSc or MSc degree in a relevant engineering discipline

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience

• Strong coordinating skills

• Team player with a flexible attitude

• Willingness to travel abroad about 50% of the time on short business trips
