DLT Engineer (Regular/ Senior) Location: Poland (remote possible)Contract B2B (PLN net/h)Start date: ASAP Project: Discovery and development of a platform for tokenized deposits and cash-like financial instruments using DLT and EVM-based blockchain technologies. Responsibilities: Design and develop secure, upgradeable smart contracts Implement token standards for tokenized deposits and MMF-like products Integrate blockchain solutions with custody, wallets, and off-chain systems Ensure smart contract security and support audits Support CI/CD and deployment of blockchain solutions. Technical requirements: 4 years of Solidity development on EVM-compatible networks Smart contract testing (Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache) Upgradeability patterns: Proxy, UUPS, Beacon Smart contract security and audit experience Token standards and financial tokenization (cash, deposits, MMFs) Custody and wallet integrations (e.g. Fireblocks) Blockchain indexing and off-chain data exposure Ethereum infrastructure and node providers (Alchemy, Infura, Chainstack) Experience with BaaS platforms (preferably Kaleido) Knowledge of CBDC settlement initiatives. Nice to have: IAM / identity integration (OAuth2, SAML) Kubernetes and containerized deployments Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) KYC/AML or compliance integrations.
