responsibilities :
Designing and implementing the overall architecture of the FinTech platform, focusing on modular, scalable, and maintainable systems.
Developing and refining the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and evolving industry standards.
Setting coding standards, performing code reviews, and ensuring best practices
Working closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Product, QA, etc.) and mentoring junior developers.
Ensuring the system meets industry regulations and incorporates robust security practices.
requirements-expected :
7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years focused on Django and Python.
Experience working on fintech projects is highly desirable. Familiarity with financial regulations, payment systems, and related technologies is a big plus.
Strong background in software architecture, microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
