Division Manager Finance Brose Sitech Group (K/M/NB)

• building up and leading a team of finance and controlling specialists and experts,
• preparing long- term financial planning and annual budgets for Brose Sitech Group entities (currently eight),
• continuous development of group-wide reporting (KPIs, automation, design, etc.) and monthly reporting (to the Management Board, shareholders, etc.),
• cash flow planning and liquidity control on group level,
• investment planning on group level,
• integration of new companies and investments in the Groups financial reporting,
• further development of the Groups transfer pricing set-up (policy, framework),
• support with the consolidation of the Brose Sitech Group in accordance with IFRS (annual financial statements),
• provide uniform methods /guidelines/processes for planning, analysis, and reporting.
