We are looking for a Sales District Manager who has a proven track record in B2B sales and daily interaction with business clients. The role involves acquiring new customers, building long-term relationships, and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients with up to 1,000 employees.
• Prepare offers and conduct trade negotiations.
• Participate in marketing and industry events.
• Collaborate with other company departments and support the team.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in B2B sales.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1).
• Goal-oriented, efficient, and proactive.
• Able to learn quickly and conduct business negotiations.
• Proficient with MS Office and other computer tools.
• Can work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
• Energetic, open, and positively oriented.
• Knowledge of HR issues is a plus.
