The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Distribution Sub Process Lead (m/f/*), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading the preparation and implementation of for the Distribution locations. Includes all deployment and business-related gate deliverables. Developing and replicating best practices across Solventum sites Identifying, and driving value realization opportunities Support development of blueprint and deployment strategy for Deliver (Warehousing, Transportation and Customs processes) Actively aligning cross-functionally with Quality, Intercompany, Order-to-Cash and other teams. Ensuring “Transfer of Knowledge” to distribution teams, including developing technical documents and training resources Escalating and facilitate the resolution of critical issues/risks that impact deployments and distribution operations Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering Profound experience in Distribution or Supply Chain Management Experience in ERP deployment and/or logistics process SME/Supervisor Warehouse Management System and Process experience Strong project management skills Fluent English skills Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) certification 3rd party logistics integration experience Transportation Management System and Process experience; Customs Process experience Proven leader, enjoy working with teams to define and implement solutions Excellent organizational and s trong problem solving / troubleshooting skills Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written) Proven track record of leading significant change Demonstrated success in working across many different functions and cultures, both up & down the organization Travel: May include up to 25% domestic /international Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
