About the Position



As our Distribution Requirement Planner, you will be in charge of improving the dispatch rate for selected European markets through targeted action plans to advance SKU availability.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify Supply Chain risks and liaise with Market Unit(s) regarding customer allocation to protect strategic customers/promotion activity.
  2. Coordinate discussions between the Production Planner, Transport Planner, and Logistics Specialist to ensure the fastest route to market.
  3. Notify the Production Planner of demand deviations and provide a priority list based on business priorities where bottlenecks occur.
  4. Communicate root causes, actions, and estimated recovery dates to main internal stakeholders.
  5. Flag significant oversells to demand planner and customer collaboration lead to sense-check forecasts or engage in customer conversations.
  6. Support the Demand Planner in executing Phase in and Phase out plans by flagging obsolete risks on previous SKUs and service issues on future SKUs.
  7. Target a “0 obsolete stock” policy by communicating with the Customer Collaboration lead on listing date changes.
  8. Ensure Root Cause Analysis is performed and preventative actions are taken to avoid re-occurrence.


Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in integrated supply chain and ideally planning. Customer Service and Logistics experience is a plus.
  2. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, IBP) and Microsoft Office.
  3. Strong analytics, communication, and collaboration skills to maintain effective relationships with non-co-located suppliers and customers.
  4. Ability to manage several supply crises or priorities simultaneously.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  6. Fluent in English and Polish is a must.
