Job Summary
The Compression Systems and Services EMEIA Business is hiring a Distribution Process Specialist to join the Commercial Excellence and Distribution Development EMEIA team. The role will be responsible for running distribution-related processes to ensure channel partners are set up correctly and have access to systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate database of distributors including contact information, contracts, system access, and vetting status.
- Manage agreements ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage system access in line with company procedures.
- Manage claims as part of distribution growth programs ensuring compliance with process and timely payment.
- Manage appointment and termination of distributors, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Run distributor review board meetings to ensure alignment with key stakeholders and manage distribution segmentation.
- Monitor distribution performance and share key data with stakeholders.
- Monitor distributor manager adherence to standard work.
- Keep the training calendar up to date ensuring alignment with trainers and communicate effectively with internal and external training participants.
Basic Qualifications
- Well organized, structured, and able to work well in a team.
- Ability to work and proficiently communicate in English. Additional languages - German, French, Italian, or Spanish - are a plus.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of office package, especially Excel, and able to write formal communications to channel partners.
- Experience in managing databases required.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Flexible, hybrid working model. Travel across Europe may be required (maximum 10%).
