Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Asian region for the health monitoring and baby care appliances (i.e. blood pressure and glucose monitors, nebulizers, thermometers).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors within family health monitoring electronics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and e-commerce partners in the given region to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products in the market, ensuring optimal positioning and entry strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.

We require:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role on Asian Markets .
  • A strong and active business network among electronics distributors and partners in Asian countries.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and handle high-value clients and complex negotiations .
  • In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape in the Asian region.
  • Background in the pharmaceutical business or medical technology , along with verifiable contacts within the specified areas.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Any Asian language skills will be an asset.
  • No Polish needed as the environment is international.
  • Any relevant university degree related to Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales is preferred.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification in sales/marketing is desirable.
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently, with flexibility to travel extensively within the region.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments.
