On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for the position of Distribution Center Manager (K/M).
The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a distribution center, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of goods. This role focuses on optimizing logistics processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading warehouse staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Manage and oversee all distribution center operations, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports on KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turnover)
• Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for savings
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and facility infrastructur
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
• Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
