Job Description
- Build and expand a distribution network across financial institutions and banking platforms in Poland (private banks, wealth management platforms, insurance brokers, IFA networks).
- Identify, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements with key market players.
- Deliver on sales and fundraising targets based on defined KPIs.
- Organize and lead product trainings and marketing initiatives for partners.
- Actively represent the company at industry events and financial conferences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, providing regular feedback to headquarters.
- Collaborate with the international team on distribution strategy and market development.
The Successful Applicant
- 8-15 years of experience in B2B sales, distribution, or partnership development within investment management, banking, or insurance.
- Proven track record in building partnership networks and developing new distribution channels.
- Solid understanding of the Polish investment, alternative, or real estate fund market.
- Well-established network among financial intermediaries and wealth management institutions.
- Fluent in Polish and English (minimum C1 level).
- Strategic mindset and ability to work independently to achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of professionalism.
