Dispatch Specialist with French
Wroclaw

For our client, an international company located in the beautiful Wrocław we are currently looking for a talented person for the position of Dispatch Specialist with French.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Dispatch Specialists’ activities (interventions, maintenance, installations).
• Manage spare parts orders, returns, and engineer inventory.
• Optimise engineers’ schedules for efficient job planning.
• Document cases in CRM systems and maintain customer/instrument databases.
• Ensure service goals are met within SLA.
• Support department plans, procedures, and cross-functional projects.
• Assist team members in specialised areas.

• Fluent French and good English; additional languages (especially Italian) are a plus.
• Availability: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM and SAP experience beneficial.
