Position: Direct Sales Specialist – Direct Sales (On‑Site, Warsaw)
We are looking for a proactive, goal‑oriented Direct Sales Specialist to join the Warsaw team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, performance‑driven environment and is on the front line – building new client relationships, developing a robust pipeline, and driving measurable impact from day one.
During onboarding, you will participate in specialized training abroad, provided ongoing training, mentorship, and leads to support your success in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound activities
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
- Conduct outreach, secure qualified client meetings, and manage follow‑ups
- Lead personalized, face‑to‑face appointments to present exclusive collections
- Oversee the full sales cycle – from first contact to final fitting
- Develop long‑term client relationships and foster strong brand loyalty
- Participate in networking activities and expand professional referral network
- Keep accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system
What You Bring to the Table
- Demonstrated experience in direct sales or a strong track record in client acquisition
- Excellent communication skills, professional fluency in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Highly motivated, energetic, and able to work independently toward ambitious goals
- Comfortable in client‑facing roles, especially in high‑value or luxury contexts
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and connect with ideal clients
