We are offering this position in Poland, Warsaw. In order to be considered, either your willingness to relocate is required or you are already located in Poland.
What you can expect from us:
- Management and regional responsibility for the sales of engines and service products within the region Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Balkans & Israel
- Conducting sales negotiations and sales meetings, closing deals with OEMS and end customers
- Technical and commercial management and follow-up of customer projects, including monitoring of results
- Management and optimization of the dealer network with regard to qualification, agreement and compliance with targets (FB/RFC)
- Setting up new dealers as replacements, in addition to the existing network or filling vacant regions
- Acquisition of new customers and new devices from existing customers
- Management of sales offices in the regions
- Development of sales strategies for market entry and market protection as well as market development in crisis areas
- Monitoring embargoes and import restrictions and defending against trademark infringements
- Responsibility for regional sales and budget planning
What sets you apart:
- Successfully completed university studies, e.g. business administration, economics, industrial engineering, engineering, etc.
- Several years of professional experience in the management of sales activities and in the implementation of complex sales processes
- Several years of management experience in international teams
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Strong communication and enthusiasm skills
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, other foreign languages from the sales region are welcome. Knowledge of German would be an advantage
- High sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Structured way of working and organizational talent
- High willingness to travel required
