Director, Senior Regulatory Programme Lead

Responsibilities
- Architect and drive execution of regulatory change & remediation initiatives (e.g. large-scale regulatory programmes, policy change, conduct & control enhancements)
- Own cross‑functional governance, planning, reporting, escalation, and stakeholder alignment
- Translate regulatory requirements into solution designs in partnership with business and technical teams
- Deliver programme outcomes with clarity on metrics, track record, and lessons learned
- Act as the key liaison with internal audit, compliance, risk, and business executives
- Maintain hands‑on involvement in delivery (individual contributor mindset) rather than hierarchal management
Requirements
- 10+ years of programme / project delivery experience in financial services, with a focus on regulatory / risk / compliance change
- Proven track record executing multi‑stream programmes with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and influencing without formal authority
- Strong governance / delivery / communication skills
- Experience with Agile, PMO / programme frameworks, and structuring large regulatory initiatives
- Exposure to global/regional delivery, multiple jurisdictions
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Risk / Regulatory credentials preferred
