Job Description:

In this role you are responsible for the following topics:

1. Lead a team of quality managers in Europe and Asia
2. Develop a high performance quality team
3. Driving systematic problem-solving process
4. Facilitate and drive continuous improvement
5. Interact with customer and improve customer satisfaction
6. Member of the Gerresheimer Quality Council and representative of the business unit

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor- or Master degree in the area of Engineering or similar
2. Minimum 10 years working within Quality area and 5 years working as Quality manager, preferably for a supplier to the pharma industry
3. Have been working with customers connected with quality and with regulatory issues
4. Very strong in quality and regulatory area within Pharma and / or devices
5. Knowledge to all basic standards – e.g. ISO 9001
6. Fluent in English and German, Polish and French as a plus
7. Strong communication skills
8. Self-motivated and business sense
9. Willingness to travel and high intercultural competencies
