• We are looking for an experienced leader to head the software engineering department, overseeing the execution of strategic initiatives to deliver high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will guide a talented team, ensure the alignment of engineering efforts with business goals, and drive innovation to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

• Develop and implement the overall software engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision and objectives
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Operations, to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing large-scale software development projects and delivering successful outcomes
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and frameworks, including Agile and DevOps
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
