Your responsibilities

Leading and developing an 8-person SMB/MM sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets
Cultivating and managing strong relationships with SMB and MM customers to maximize retention and satisfaction
Overseeing and driving sales of SaaS business software to expand market presence and revenue
Delivering precise sales forecasting and financial oversight to meet and exceed budget expectations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure successful budget execution

At least 15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in leading SaaS projects
Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages
Proven ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Demonstrated success in high-volume SaaS sales and leadership roles, with a history of achieving sales targets
Strong track record of driving results and meeting business objectives in dynamic environments
