Responsibilities
- Lead the Exploration and Integration of AI in Testing. Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and coverage of testing processes, enabling faster and smarter work.
- Represent and Uphold the Quality Gate. Partner with engineering and product teams to define and maintain quality standards, ensuring releases meet criteria for excellence.
- Mentor the Team and Foster a Culture of Quality. Provide guidance to QA engineers across global offices, promoting ownership of product quality.
- Develop and Evolve the Overall Test Strategy. Design, implement, and continuously improve testing strategy for a complex microservices architecture, balancing release velocity with long-term stability.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering.
- Experience or demonstrable passion for applying AI/ML capabilities to enhance testing processes (e.g., visual testing, self-healing scripts, test data generation).
- Experience in creating and implementing test automation strategies from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of the testing pyramid and applying it to build efficient test suites.
- Solid experience with API testing and testing complex client-server applications.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab CI) for test automation.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and test management systems (e.g., Allure Ops).
