1. Oversee financial reporting and general ledger accounting for European subsidiaries, including monthly and yearly closings, preparation of financial and tax statements.
2. Lead the financial reporting and general ledger team within the Warsaw finance department for the European branches.
3. Assist with general accounting operations, focusing on intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
4. Facilitate improvements in finance processes and ERP software (SAP Business ByDesign).
5. Serve as the primary contact for senior management, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
