Your responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing 6-person SMB/MM sales team
  • Manage relationships with SMB and MM customers
  • Manage SaaS business software sales
  • Profile accurate forecasting and financial management
  • Work cross-functionally throughout the org as needed to drive a budget

Our requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • At least 5 Years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS business application capacity is a must
  • Experience in high volume, SaaS sales, leadership roles
  • Very good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English and German skills, ensuring clear and professional communication with both internal teams and external clients
  • Open for hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week on-site in Wrocław
  • Residing in Poland required
