About the Opportunity

As our Operations Director / Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational strategy of EonD. We are looking for a senior professional from a consulting background who can lead our operations and elevate our service delivery to meet the demands of our esteemed clients. You will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation, working closely with a talented team and top global consulting firms while contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the recruitment process, employing diverse techniques to identify and onboard top-tier experts.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for esteemed clients, including leading consulting firms, corporations, and government entities across Europe and the Middle East.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
4. Ensure operational excellence by implementing and maintaining the high standards expected by global consulting firms.
5. Provide strategic guidance on quality and timeliness measures to drive significant operational improvements.
6. Lead and inspire the team, cultivating a culture of trust and value.
7. Design and implement innovative internal processes aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
8. Develop performance metrics and benchmarks to evaluate team efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Create proactive strategies for maintaining a robust pipeline of exceptional talent to meet future needs.

What We Expect From You

1. Proven track record in senior account management, ideally within recruitment, management consulting, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience managing comprehensive operations/recruitment processes.
3. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
4. Strong ability to establish and nurture enduring client relationships.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively, often under tight deadlines.
7. Highly proactive with a strong initiative and commitment to follow-through.
