Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure Workday meets organizational requirements.
Provide configuration consulting and guidance on Workday modules, focusing on Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.
Lead the HRIS functional team in the areas noted above to configure Workday according to best practices and business needs.
Identify root causes of system issues, drive resolutions, and lead project implementations, including upgrades and data conversions.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HRIS systems, including SOX audit processes.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
Required Experience: A minimum of 7 years in HRIS, specifically with Workday configuration in at least three modules (Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence), experience leading a configuration team, and demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
Top 2 skills: Proficient English language skills (C1 or higher) and strong analytical capabilities for technical partnership.
Experience in a global company.
High degree of technical aptitude.
Familiarity with SOX audit processes.
Flexibility to work across various time zones.
Proven ability in end-to-end business process mapping.
