Strategically develop and manage Honeywell Government Relations programs within your regional responsibilities. Your efforts will support Honeywells overall marketing objectives, supporting customers and improving significant position through your regional responsibilities. You will develop and execute an annual business plan to assist the Company in achieving their strategic goals. You will work closely with members of the government, diplomatic corps, members of business, trade and political associations to drive Company strategy and facilitate strong relationships.
YOU MUST HAVE
• 15+ years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of government processes, policies, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of the industry and regulatory landscape that matter for the business unit that make up Honeywell (Aviation, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainable solutions and Industrial Automation)
• Experience in a corporate government relations role, preferably in the B2B sector
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
