Your role at Baxter

• Support the development and implementation of External Contract Manufacturing (ECM) execution and strategy, resulting in key business growth and significant cost savings.
• Serve as liaison between the company and External Contract Manufacturer network.
• Provide oversight to the manufacturing, quality, and development of products performed by ECMs.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost meet or exceed Baxter’s expectations.

What youll be doing

• Develop and sustain ECM strategy for internal and external use.
• Assess capabilities and build business models to justify and expand ECM services.
• Partner with PSM and Strategy functions to develop manufacturing and capacity strategies aligned with marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to build operational capabilities for new trends and products.
• Support quality investigations and non-conformances by providing product expertise.
• Support due diligence evaluations of potential BD target organizations.

What youll bring

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in compounding, working with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Technical knowledge including cGMP regulations, regulatory affairs, quality control, assurance, and operations.
• Ability to develop and manage partnerships.
• Ability to drive and sustain transformational change.

Location

• Baxter supports flexible working arrangements with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week to facilitate collaboration and support our mission.
