Job Description

The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a growing, world-class organization expanding into new payment flows and enhancing core solutions. We deliver B2B payment solutions and services to clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations and governments, working closely with Issuers, Buyers, Suppliers, FinTechs, and other ecosystem players.

The Director, Commercial Product Solutions, will lead the modernization of our B2B payments capabilities, focusing on the development and delivery of our flagship VCS Hub – B2B Payables experience. The role involves translating business needs into actionable development plans and managing complex projects to deliver impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive B2B payments experience, understanding both business and technical aspects, including technology architecture, development, and delivery. They should be creative, proactive, and inspiring, with responsibilities including:

• Leading a team of product owners and driving high performance and staff development
• Collaborating with engineering to modernize and scale our platform, enhancing operational efficiency
• Managing roadmaps and prioritization to maximize business and customer value
• Ensuring cross-departmental collaboration and alignment
• Communicating effectively with senior management and stakeholders

This is a hybrid role; in-office days will be confirmed by your manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product development and delivery within B2B payment solutions
• Experience with Accounts Payables/Receivable and end-to-end payments
• Leadership in building and growing high-performing product teams
• Ability to communicate product strategies to senior stakeholders
• Data analysis skills to inform product development and prioritization
• Strong relationship-building skills and cross-functional team leadership
• Technical proficiency to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
• Deep experience in B2B product strategy and development
• Track record of creating innovative product capabilities from concept to market leadership
• Experience managing technology partnerships and influencing shared roadmaps
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions and understand specifications and architecture
• Leadership skills focused on diversity, inclusion, and team development
• Alignment with Visa’s Leadership Principles and community-building reputation
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and influence across organizations
• Excellent communication skills with executive presence
• Fluency in Polish and English for global communication
• Willingness to travel as needed
