For our growing and successfully operating sales and service subsidiary based in Poland, we are currently seeking a candidate for a position that offers the flexibility to work from offices in Krakow, Warsaw, Wrocław or Poznań . We are therefore looking for a
This is how you WOW:
- In this dynamic leadership role, you will oversee all B2B direct sales activities for Kärcher in Poland, leading a team of more than 50 employees and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- Bringing along a strategic mindset, you will develop and execute target group-relevant strategies and follow up on sales leads to achieve set KPIs.
- You will prepare and implement the strategic business plan for short- and long-term profitable growth of Kärcher Centers and direct sales groups (BSC, Retail, Logistic, Municipal, Industry, Wash Systems).
- You will lead the coordination, continuous improvement, and development of Kärchers store network in Poland by implementing a structured direct sales strategy. This approach will help Kärcher increase its market share, localize its brand, and drive growth, ultimately strengthening its position in the market.
- You will plan and monitor direct sales revenue, gather market information, and use data to optimize sales.
- Coaching and developing your team, you will monitor daily operations and ensure performance and KPIs are met.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- A relevant commercial or technical higher education.
- Relevant B2B sales experience, ideally in a comparable technical environment within a production company (e.g., machinery manufacturing, power tools, construction equipment, etc.).
- Excellent people management skills, with a minimum of 10 years of team management experience and at least 5 years in a director-level role.
- A customer-centric mindset with experience in selling through direct and distribution channels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, demonstrating high autonomy and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
