YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Workplace Engineer to join our IT team. The Workplace Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-user computing environments, including desktop and mobile devices, collaboration tools, and software deployment. You will ensure that employees have access to the right tools and technologies to optimize productivity and work efficiency, both in-office and remotely.

YOUR TASKS

• Analyse and resolve incidents related to Windows 10, Virtual machine (VirtuOS), Client workstation.
• Provision of shared Windows RDS and Citrix virtual desktops, remote VDI Citrix virtual desktops, Remote App and Citrix virtual applications, virtual machines on Azure.
• Installation, configuration and administration of virtualization solutions.
• Create and manage user and administrator accounts in the Active Directory console.
• Troubleshoot and perform procedural follow-ups.
• Track, chase, and control tickets.
• Management of the corporate directory: Maintain and develop corporate directories (Active Directory and Azure AD) in line with the application needs of the businesses.

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent verbal and written French language skills.
• Knowledge of: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Advisor, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services Management, Citrix cloud services, Citrix Virtual Desktops.
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude and efficient task management skills.
• Willing to take initiative and learn new technologies.
