- Design, implement, and maintain our digital workspace infrastructure to ensure a secure, efficient, and user-friendly environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and drive digital transformation.
- Manage identity and access with tools like ADFS, Entra ID, and ADDS, ensuring secure and reliable access for users.
- Optimize Microsoft 365, Teams, and Teams Room System for effective communication and collaboration.
- Leverage Azure DevOps and PowerApps to support DevOps practices and build customized automation solutions.
- Support and manage endpoint devices across HP, Dell, and Apple iOS environments, providing end-user support and ensuring device security.
- Oversee and maintain applications such as MS Dynamics CRM, SAGE X3, and iManage Work, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
- 5+ years of experience in digital workspace engineering or a similar role.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft stack: .NET, Azure DevOps, MS SQLServer, Windows Server, and M365 suite.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Apple iOS device management.
- Experience with identity management tools such as ADFS, Entra ID, and ADDS.
- Familiarity with Teams Telephony, Teams Room System, and unified communications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center for system management and monitoring.
- Understanding of web servers and hosting, specifically IIS.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Databricks for data platform support.
