Work closely with Agile Teams, the Network Agile Team (WAN, LAN, Wifi, VPN), and the End-User Device Agile Team. Manage devices using Intune & MDM, M365, and other collaboration and productivity suites
Handle incident response, service requests, change requests, problems, automation, knowledge management, and housekeeping
Lead projects and manage vendor relationships
Support BU business by managing local infrastructure not under central management, ensuring user satisfaction and data security
Document processes, tasks, procedures, and outcomes and create guidelines for local helpdesk
Vendor Interface: Handle technical aspects and support commercial and financial agreements with vendors
Provide technical support or consulting to Functional Leaders and internal business customers
Coordinate the purchasing process for the infrastructure part
requirements-expected :
University degree or equivalent in IT or related field
5 years’ experience in IT
Ability to form effective working partnerships with functions and across functions and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Can-do attitude and growth mindset
Fluency in English (verbal and written communication)
Driver’s license preferred
