Consultation: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop digital assets accordingly, together with our external partners. Be pro-active, and propose technology driven solutions which provide the user community with a streamlined, frictionless workplace experience. You provide cost-effective best practices, both based on external references and from experiences shared by others within the company.
Solution Deployment: Be hands-on in the implementation and management of Microsoft 365 solutions (Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, Defender, Power Platform, Copilot…). Provide tools, workflows, automation and support to enhance user adoption. You work closely with our IT partners, challenge them, and take ownership and control of both the process and the solution.
Security & Compliance: Support maintenance and administration of core security tooling across the Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Defender and Purview. Configure, fine-tune, and apply controls for device protection, data classification, DLP, and secure access. Support security operations by providing technical context, validating alerts, and applying recommended actions where needed.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to a diverse end-user population with varying levels of technical proficiency, to maximize the adoption rate and effective use of Microsoft Workplace solutions. Work with our support partners to optimize the end-user experience. Be the trusted Go To person who is known as a problem solver. Provide clear and precise input for communication so people build trust and confidence. Be an ambassador for the secure deployment of existing and new Workplace Solutions.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams and coordinate with application suppliers and external service providers to ensure seamless integration and operation of Collaboration Tools (Microsoft, Atlassian…). Write, implement and share guidelines.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and security features to continuously improve the workplace environment. You also focus on application lifecycle management and license optimization, both from a cost and from a usage perspective.
requirements-expected :
You have a bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or equivalent through experience.
You can prove a minimum of 3-5 years’ hand-on experience in Microsoft Workplace solutions in a similar role. Microsoft certifications are a plus.
You have solid knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Defender and Purview.
You can show a good understanding of real-world security controls and compliance needs.
You are service minded and willing to go the extra mile for your colleagues.
You can work independently and can plan and manage your work within a “multi-tasking” environment.
You aim for a high level of quality (first time right), with the ability to challenge vendors and the drive to take initiative yourself.
You are highly motivated and eager to learn new skills. You have a drive for simplicity and for people-oriented technology implementation.
