Job Description:

  • Develop and plan strategy and standards for User Experience & Digital Workplace.
  • Monitor end-to-end performance of Incident Management and Service Request Management processes, create KPI reports, identify improvement areas, and collaborate with stakeholders in Global IT and local Heads of IT to address them.
  • Serve as the escalation point for these processes.
  • Manage the hardware and software catalog for user-facing devices, including laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, tablets, handheld devices, smartphones, printers, meeting room equipment, and digital signage.
  • Provide basic configuration for laptops and desktops that includes state-of-the-art products and supports easy deployment and recovery.
  • Ensure user-facing devices are managed using MS Intune, remain up to date with patches and updates, have endpoint protection, and are protected against vulnerabilities.
  • Be responsible for the overall health of MS Intune and other tools used for endpoint management.
  • Oversee the creation of software packages.
  • ITIL certified and experienced with ServiceNow.
  • Follow technological trends and leverage those that add value to ARYZTA.
  • Initiate and execute projects based on demand evaluations.
  • Act as provider manager towards vendors and manage related contracts.
  • Manage a hybrid team comprising directly assigned staff, members of local IT teams on a part-time basis, and contractors.
  • Support the Head of Technology Platforms with planning and managing the budget and people development.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support.
  • Ensure documentation, knowledge database, ServiceNow, CMDB, and Ardoq are up to date.
  • Adhere to Group IT policies and Technology Platform Global Guidelines & Standards.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity team to ensure alignment on endpoint security measures, access management (IAM), and compliance with global security standards.
  • Broad general understanding of IT.
  • Certification and extensive experience in IT Service Management.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
  • Hands-on experience with MS Intune.
  • Deep understanding of MS Windows and MS 365.
  • Solid experience in project management.
  • Solid experience in vendor management.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
