We are looking for a Digital Verification Engineer with expertise in high-speed I/O circuits such as Ethernet and DDR. This is a full-remote role. You’ll be responsible for developing verification plans, building reusable testbenches, and ensuring robust pre-silicon validation in collaboration with design teams.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for verifying high-speed subsystems such as Ethernet and DDR, creating and executing coverage-driven verification plans, and building reusable UVM testbenches. Your work will include running simulations with industry-standard EDA tools, debugging with waveform viewers like SimVision and Verdi, and driving code coverage closure. You’ll also collaborate closely with designers on digital and AMS block simulations, contribute to design reviews, and support pre-silicon bring-up of silicon prototypes.
What we are looking for
Technical skills:
- 8+ years of experience in digital design verification of complex high-speed I/O sockets.
- Proven protocol verification experience with Ethernet, DDR, or other high-speed I/O circuits.
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM for testbench development and functional verification.
- Strong background with EDA tools (Synopsys VCS, Cadence Xcelium, Siemens Questa, waveform viewers like SimVision and Verdi).
- Solid understanding of timing analysis, signal integrity, and mixed-signal simulations.
- Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL.
- Hands-on experience executing coverage-driven verification plans.
- Strong RTL debug skills and familiarity with formal verification and assertion-based techniques.
- A problem-solving approach with attention to debugging complex issues.
- Clear communication skills, especially when working with distributed teams.
- Comfortable in a remote-first, iterative environment.
- An interest in automation and continuous process improvement.

FAQ
Our HQ is located in Poland, in the city of Katowice, one of the country’s most prominent industrial and technological hubs.
The office has good access, whether you decide to arrive there by car, bicycle, or public transport.
There is a car parking area next to the office building, fully paid-for, with security and guaranteed individual parking spaces.
There are guarded and monitored bike stands on the premises as well, or you can take your bicycle into the office - there’s enough space to store it there.
If you’d prefer to use public transport, there is a bus stop just outside the building’s gate.
The city also has a variety of taxi companies, Uber, and electric scooter services.
