Your tasks

• create and document HR processes, including process mapping, work instructions, and support materials;
• analyze and enhance processes and data models to support P&C digitalization and day-to-day service delivery;
• engage with Process Owners, Employee Care teams, and other stakeholders to implement and optimize HR processes;
• conduct iterative functional testing of SuccessFactors and other tools throughout program phases and post-implementation;
• work closely with IT teams to identify, investigate, and resolve system defects throughout the program lifecycle;
• prepare release notes and support the rollout of product enhancements and bug fixes;
• help define key performance metrics (e.g., Net Promoter Score, cost efficiency, time-to-market, adoption rate) to assess process effectiveness;
