Job Description:

• Lead Business and IT specialists project teams
• Support the ERP Program and the linked major global programs
• Preparation for complex global projects, gathering/analyzing requirements and proposing solutions
• Support the controlling of global projects through monitoring services, internal and external resources and budget
• Prepare work packages, estimate efforts, prepare project plans and drive deliverables within a global team
• Self-dependent preparation and post-processing of meetings (e.g. Steering Committees, project teams, …)
• Create presentations, reports and analyses for the program and project management
• Ensure and support a continuous documentation of the project (e.g. decisions, risks, standard documents, documentation quality checks etc.)
• General administrative tasks (e.g. schedule meetings, support resource planning, organize access for external consultants, request PS Elements, Purchase Requisitions)

Profile:

• Completed degree in technology/business
• 5+ years of working experience preferably in IT, Business Excellence or ERP areas
• Extensive knowledge of the SAP ERP environment
• Excellent communication skills, independent working approach, high reliability
• Openness and flexibility to work in a very dynamic working environment

Nice to have:

• First experience with Power Bi
• Project management certification
