Fortaco Group is looking for a Digital Transformation Developer
With more than 80 existing solutions—built primarily using Canvas apps and cloud flows—we’ve already made significant strides in digital transformation. Now, were ready to take things to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited about building end-to-end business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, integrating with enterprise systems like SAP, and exploring IoT and AI scenarios.
responsibilities :
Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable Canvas apps, cloud flows, and Power BI reports.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps to support automated solution deployment and version control.
Integrate with SAP ECC/S4HANA, REST APIs, and custom connectors for external data exchange.
Support IoT solutions using Python and Azure IoT Hub/Stream Analytics, consuming sensor data in Power Apps.
Work closely with business users to collect requirements, build prototypes, and iterate quickly using Agile practices.
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that visualize operational and strategic KPIs.
Apply governance practices around environment setup, DLP, security roles, and compliance monitoring.
Apply ALM best practices using Power Platform Pipelines and manage environments through the Power Platform Admin Center.
Ensure all solutions comply with licensing constraints and following our coding standards for Power Apps.
Troubleshoot issues in both development and production environments.
Mentor junior developers and assist with code reviews, troubleshooting, and solution design.
Stay up to date with new features across Power Platform and propose innovations to enhance performance and usability.
requirements-expected :
Education and experience:
Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas apps) and Power Automate
Experience with Power Platform Admin Center and ALM (Pipelines, Solutions)
Proficient with Dataverse and SQL as backend data sources
Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
SharePoint integration and Office 365 ecosystem understanding
VBA (for Excel integrations)
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on finding creative solutions.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Master’s Degree (IT related preferred)
Fluent command in English
Excellent analytical and judgment skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvements.

As an asset:
AP ECC/S4HANA integration using ODATA or REST APIs
Ability to build and consume REST APIs and develop Custom Connectors
Familiarity with Azure services (Blob Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL)
IoT data ingestion via IoT Hub, Stream Analytics, and Python-based edge computing
HTML/CSS for generating dynamic documents or custom UI
Experience with Azure OpenAI or AI Builder for intelligent automation
Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) is a plus
