Digital Transformation and Solution Consultant – Public Sector
Location: Katowice – 2 days in office / 3 days remote

We are seeking a skilled Digital Policy Expert with a strong background in digital policy, specifically in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Quantum Technologies, and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital transformation projects and participating in EU bidding procedures, including proposal preparation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement digital policies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expertise in areas such as AI, Quantum Technologies, and Cybersecurity to inform policy development and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in the preparation of proposals for EU bidding procedures, both orchestrating preparation and writing content.
- Manage digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive digital innovation and policy compliance.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the digital landscape to inform policy recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across various EY practices.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in AI, Quantum Technologies, and Cybersecurity.
- Experience with EU bidding procedures and proposal preparation.
- Proven ability to manage digital transformation projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong written communication skills, with style tailored to target audiences from operational to managerial levels.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- A higher‑education degree preferably in technology, science, or engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation within the public sector or consulting environment.
- Experience in bid‑management processes for EU public tenders, ensuring proposals effectively address tender requirements and demonstrate added value.
- Understanding of EU public sector operations and EU digital policies.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Project Management experience in other sectors.
- Proficiency in additional European language(s).
- Experience working at consulting firms.
