Responsibilities:

• Drive digitalization and digital transformation of automotive processes on strategic, conceptual, and implementation levels.
• Create and combine knowledge in automotive value creation processes, (ERP) systems, Industry 4.0 concepts, cyber security, and innovative technology to anticipate and evaluate relevant trends.
• Develop profound, realistic concepts to improve operational and functional excellence, product and process quality, and customer experience.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects to test and validate developed concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital technologies into existing processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital technology and architecture.
• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience in leading proof-of-concept projects.
• Very good written and spoken business English.
• Understanding of automotive value creation processes.
• Knowledgeable in (ERP) systems, Industry 4.0 concepts, cyber security, and innovative technology.
• Ability to anticipate and evaluate relevant trends in digital technology.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into understandable terms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-level teams.
• Ability to identify and independently research relevant knowledge.
• Project management skills to lead and deliver concept projects.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with stakeholders and experts within the company, customers, and other partners.
