Job Description:

1. Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both German and English
2. Goal oriented
3. Computer savvy
4. Reside in or able to relocate to the Krakow area
5. Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell the accounts
6. Contact existing customers in your portfolio for consultation
7. Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets while being part of a larger sales team to increase the customer base
8. Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies
9. Navigate the client to implement campaign suggestions
10. Build a strong and trusting relationship with the client by optimizing their accounts using your analytical skills while increasing program revenue
11. Meet your personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team player contributing to the overall team sales targets

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Base wage of 10.000 PLN plus quarterly performance-based commission
