For our client, a global organization operating in the insurance and reinsurance market, we are seeking a Digital Reinsurance Project Manager to drive complex digital transformation initiatives. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of technology-driven reinsurance projects, working closely with IT, data, and business stakeholders to implement scalable, high-impact solutions within a regulated financial environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager within insurance, financial services, technology, or consulting environments 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior and international stakeholders 
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams  
• Experience collaborating with key clients in the insurance or reinsurance sector  
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills 
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall 
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, dynamic environments 
• Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken) 
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or French will be considered an advantage 

Additional Skills & Competencies

• Strong background or understanding of insurance and reinsurance processes 
• Analytical and pragmatic mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities 
• Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills 
• Strong professional presence, credibility, and leadership attitude  
• Good understanding of IT systems and databases, including MSSQL and Oracle 
• Project Management certifications (Agile and/or Waterfall) are a strong plus

• Polish – fluent
