As a Product Owner, you will lead the creation of outstanding user experiences by optimizing sales and service processes in the telecommunications sector with focus on FTTH and TV products. This role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional business outcomes and customer satisfaction. You will oversee sales journeys across remote and direct channels, using technology to improve process quality and efficiency. Working closely with business and central teams, you will drive customer-centric solutions, lead continuous improvements and ensure our platforms consistently meet and exceed user and market expectations.

  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies, analyze data, and interpret results to support decision-making
  • Experience in managing product backlogs coordinating with development teams and ensuring smooth delivery within a Scrum framework
  • Ability to support product and service launches and manage implementation processes end-to-end
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work across different teams and effectively communicate with key stakeholders
  • At least 2 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager or similar - ideally involving digital application development for remote or assisted sales channels Experience in telecommunications or related sectors is a plus
  • Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication skills
