The SAP Digital Platforms team is responsible for delivering innovative customer-facing digital capabilities and experiences in 50 countries globally. We are seeking a driven and strategic Digital Product Owner to lead the development, optimization, and management of SAP’s public-facing digital platforms, including SAP.com and other environments.

As a Digital Product Owner, you will define and execute technical strategies that elevate digital sophistication, enhance customer experiences, and support SAP’s digital transformation agenda. You will work closely with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure effective project delivery, leveraging Agile methodologies to drive technical teams and ongoing incremental value for our global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Strategy & Vision : Define and articulate a clear vision for SAP’s digital platforms, aligning with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Backlog Management : Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Project Oversight : Oversee digital development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Agile Leadership : Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
• Performance Optimization : Use data-driven insights to optimize platform performance and enhance user experience.
• Innovation & Trends : Stay ahead of industry trends, focusing on AI-driven personalization and automation.
• Digital Capability Evolution : Drive the evolution of digital capabilities to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, focusing on customer-facing platforms.
• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools to drive digital innovation.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile project management tools.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills .
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making.
• Digital mindset and a proactive approach to learning.

Education & Professional Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in Adobe technologies or Agile methodologies are a plus.
• Experience with content management and web development technologies is desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern content delivery approaches.
