Overall responsibility for the implementation of products for teachers and specialists working with students with diverse/special educational needs (SEN) – Product Owner role.
Key tasks
- Identifying the needs of recipients in the SEN segment based on substantive knowledge, market trends, and competitive environment.
- Developing concepts, functional requirements, business requirements, and KPIs for new digital products and SEN publications.
- Preparing budget assumptions, monitoring budget execution, and KPI achievement.
- Recruiting authors, collaborators, and experts for new products and marketing cooperation (webinar hosts, article writers, conference speakers).
- Coordinating the work of the author team to ensure timely delivery of quality material.
- Developing implementation scenarios for digital products based on market knowledge.
- Creating worksheets, writing chapters, and other author tasks.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing work as Product Owner.
- Ensuring the substantive correctness of all SEN product components, including digital masters (desktop, mobile, online), printing, and resources.
- Preparing product descriptions, presentations, and marketing inputs.
- Organizing product validation in institutions.
- Creating product documentation compliant with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Managing current products and collaborating with the Product Maintenance department.
- Representing the product in conferences, webinars, and training sessions.
Education: Higher education in relevant fields such as special education, speech therapy, pedagogy, Polish philology, or educational therapy.
Professional Experience:
- At least 5 years of teaching and therapeutic experience working with children with SEN.
- Additional therapeutic or specialist qualifications are advantageous.
- Experience in authorship, editorial work, and training is desirable.
- Experience in creating multimedia applications or educational materials for children with SEN is a plus.
- Experience managing educational digital products (Product Owner role) is beneficial.
- Ability to conduct market and data analysis and draw conclusions.
- Technical communication skills for collaboration with application designers.
