The successful applicant will be required to work within a team structure in delivering a high value service and in driving service improvements that will provide benefit to the entire user base. Main responsibility is requirement analysis, design and development of new processes / functionalities in SS&C Blue Prism Chorus BPM and SS&C Blue Prism applications.

Candidate should have a positive can do attitude, be curious, eager to support colleagues and contribute to the success of the team, department and wider organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement business and automation processes and new functionalities using Chorus BPM and Blue Prism.
  • Ensure that changes are deployed efficiently and in accordance company standards and best practices while minimizing potential impact on existing processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure they meet quality standard.
  • Report progress and escalate risks and issues to Development Manager.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Chorus BPM and Blue Prism processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business analyst and stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into system requirements.
  • Conduct a requirement walkthrough and demo of developed solution as required.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for applications and processes managed by the team.
  • Take active part in release of Chorus BPM and Blue Prism process changes, product upgrades and Clients migrations.
  • Post production and ongoing support.
  • Provide training and support to Operational users and other stakeholders as required, provide development updates, input, guidance based on experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolved incidents in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Skills and competencies:

  • BPMN knowledge
  • Communicative English (min B2) - support to be provided to English speaking teams
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent research and information gathering skills
  • Innovative and creative - seeks out innovative solutions and champions continuous improvement
  • Initiative - takes independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation require
  • Excellent clients focus as required to obtain business information and assist in solving problems
  • Prioritization - ability to organize work in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities within specified timeframe
